help with meds

Hi everyone.I toulk mom to see her lbd doc today and before I did I got the

complete lowdown from my sister and nephew about how shes been doing.It seems

shes getting up in the middle of the night on her own , shes believing the house

is on fire, and shes getting much worse in the day.Alot of this hit me by

suprise today.Anyway, his idea is to do 25 mgs of seroquel in the afternoon and

75 at night for sleeping and also move her paxil to night instead of day.Can

anyone weigh in on this?She seems to be getting worse really fast in the past

few days.Its always been that way with mom.She doesnt gradually go downhill she

seems to do okay and then fall all at once.I hope your all okay. Ron

Ron,

When ever that happen to Mom, and I called the MD. he always had me bring her

in for UTI check first. It usually was that.

Otherwise there are just some times they seem to step down a step and it is on

to the next plateau.

Hope she is OK and hope you are too! It is always good to hear from you.
