Guest guest
HI Sue: You are so welcome. I love that this list lets us all share our ideas and help each other without doctors who say there¹s nothing to be done except drugs with terrible side effects. I don¹t know of a specific book but if you look up PH Balancing on line you can choose one that fits you and your price range. Or even go to your library. There are even lots of info sites on line wihtout buying a book. I don¹t recommend one over the other because it may not be for you and some are written by MD¹s and some are written by exercise gurus etc so you should choose one that fits you, that feels right and your intuition says, aha! That¹s the one for me. Anne Hildebrand¹s site on fibrofix.com has lots of good info too. It is all about alkalizing. As for fruits and veggies, I eat them separately not together. But fruits and veggies are both alkalizing and full of great enzymes that heal your body at a cellular level. Cooked foods and meat are dead foods with out many enzymes so I try to limit them to 20 percent of my diet. I do 80 percent raw fruits and veggies but I eat them separately at separate times. Usually fruit all morning then carrot juice in the afternoon a big salad for dinner with avacado and olives so it fills me up until morning. If I get hungry at night I eat only a light fruit like grapes or else a carrot juice again. Hope this helps you.
