Guest guest
Ok, I know SUGAR & CARBS = BAD; BAD!! Yet looking at most food its hard to avoid this 100%. Is there a safe daily limit on sugars? (like 2grams per serving, etc.?)... Is there a safe daily limit on carbs??? What vegetables CAN a moldie eat? What protein can a moldie eat? Also is TRUVIA with Stevia BAD TO HAVE (I have heard mixed messages on TRUVIA)? And I heard instant coffee is bad also?? I boil it for 5 minutes to kill any possible mold; am I wasting my time?? I have found that coconut oil; echenasia (bulk = health food store), Pysilum husk is good for the immune system. Many thanks for helping with these issues, Pete Helfrich
Guest guest
ECHINACEA is ONLY for some......I was told NOT to take it, because I have a VERY serious illness that affects my CNS & spinal cord. ASK your doctors, before you take ANY herbals.....don't " assume " they are safe for YOU.
