I have taken it and hated it! It really do anything for my pains except to

possibly give me more. And then I started feeling quite suicidal...

I took it for a few months a couple years ago. I took gabapentin in

1997. I then went on Topamax. They had to ween me off the Topamax to

get me on the Lyrica. I didn't do well on the Lyrica. It didn't do as

well for me for the pain, I had water retention, weight gain, increased

migraines (Topamax specifically helps with migraines as well as the pain

and has an increased chance of weight loss), and bad constipation.

Those were just some of the side effects I had. Of course it is an

individual thing; what works for one person may or may not work for another.
