Guest guest Posted August 18, 2009 Report Share Posted August 18, 2009 I think that I was over exercising. 35 minutes on my recumbent bike 5 days a week wore me out to the point that my legs could barely support me when I was done. Recently I researched H.I.I.T (high intensity interval training), which is high intensity training for as little as 4 minutes a day. I still use my recumbent bike as my exercise of choice, but you can use the principle with other types of exercise, as well. I'm feeling much more energized, and the cardio benefits are supposed to be awesome. I need cardio because I'm diabetic.
