Guest guest
This is a follow-up to some of the points raised in the discussion about T-2 toxins in regard to insurance company behavior. There is a lot of information on the Internet about bad behavior by insurance companies. You can use search words like " bad faith " or " worst insurance companies " or the names of specific insurance companies. Here are a few examples of what you will find. Guest guest
The people who become the state insurance commissioners usually come from the insurance companies. And, when the state insurance commissioners leave their positions, they go back to the insurance companies. Talk about a serious conflict of interest and no checks or balances in that system!! To be fair, there are a few exceptions to that rule, but it's rare. ________________________________ From: dragonflymcs <dragonflymcs@...> Sent: Wednesday, August 19, 2009 3:42:20 PM Subject: Re: [] Insurance Company Bad Behavior To make matters worst the state Agency that guarantees the insurance companies when they go under are in bed with them. Guest guest
and others, So far, the bad behaviors of insurance companies have been undifferentiated by the type of insurance company involved or the specific situation. While I have seen most of these my experience is they vary depending on whether they are homeowners insurance, medical insurance, liability insurance, or workmen's comp insurance. For example, surveillance in a workmen's comp case is not surprising to me. They are trying to discover that the claimed disability is false. But surveillance in a homeowner's case would be to discover what? The falsity would involve the house. They simply go inside and inspect. Some types of behaviors make some sort of distorted sense but others in some situations don't even make sense in a fascist state of an evil dictator. When these incidents are pointed out I think it would be helpful to identify the type of insurance being discussed. I also suggest specifics be discussed rather than painting all types and all companies and all adjustors and all situations with the same broad brush of criminality. Guest guest
My point exactly, there is no justice in insurance if they are all in bed together. Guest guest
When I posted about insurance specifically FIGA it was homeowners insurance. Just to be clear. I have also dealt with WC in the past and had servaillance, they taped my mother thinking it was me. Then tried to use that against me. Of course that did not fly. They did try really hard.
