No but I am trying to find out. As per my information on Bill HR3200 and

saying that it had not passed. I dont have all the information yet as it is

taking some time to go through the bill but they indeed did slip in the back

door some version of it.

I cannot yet say what exactly is in it because again time. It is not posted or

available for all to read in its new version......

The only thing I can say for sure is the word " mandatory " is not in it. Dont

relax yet though because we all know it would be worded differently. Because of

its " current " status and the way it was done. The information on it I posted was

incorrect.

While USA does not " need " to follow WHO rules, do you think

with all the USA federal law changes, that the powers that be,

would miss the opportunity to " blame someone else " to get

every one shot?

Oh, was that a pun? Guess so.

What I want to read now is the WHO regulations.

Anyone have the URL or the Section number?
