Natural/best form of vitamin A

Hi, I wonder if anyone would like to share what they know about the

best form of vitamin A. I am using the " natural vitamin A (from Cod

Liver) " from the Carlson brand. Is there any other alternative that is

I personally prefer Klaire's mycelized Vit A flavored

with cinnamon, 5000iu per drop, giving little guys 2

drops a day up to 5 drops a day for the bigger kids

(over 60#). I use this myself, and it tastes good - I

never could handle CLO. Dr. JM

carelsons CLO contains soy, so I don't recommend that brand, kirkmans is soy

free

My son did not tolerate the mycellized vitamin A drops. He can only

handle the natural vitamin A like from CLO. He has needed quite a lot

of vitamin A and CLO and it has helped him immensely.
