Hey ,

I hope this isn't too stupid a question... but what exactly are you looking for

us to send?... and how detailed should we be?

I testified in a trial in Portland, Oregon a couple of years ago as an

expert witness in a pepper spray case where a policeman was killed when the

pepper spray failed to stop the man with a piece of firewood coming at him to

kill him.

Remember, it has little or no effect on someone space out of drugs,

i.e. methamphetamine. Secondly, it is a learned response to not breathe and

keep your eyes tightly closed and if possible, turn away from the spray, so

there is no effect of the spray.

I testified in federal court, in ville where I live, a few months

ago on the use of pepper spray in maximum security prisons to extract

reluctant prisoners and in a federal case in Nashville defending a corrections

officer for " using too much pepper spray " to control a

prisoner..............in lieu of using deadly force.

There is nothing dull about the pepper spray issue. I carry it in my

car, and it is only a few ounces and shoots only about 3 - 4 feet. ( I get

it free from the company )

...and you have to have time to grab it, and person can take it from you if you

aren't strong and turn it on you, but a dog will act on it's on, but with all

that said, it may be better than nothing at all to grab.
