That is great news! I like our son’s

third grade teacher’s policy of letting the kids eat when they feel the

need to if they bring food in, and she keeps crackers stored for emergencies. Our

son has not been diagnosed with anything (yet-grin) but used to have meltdowns

in our home school K-2 and food would turn him around 180 degrees. He seems ok

now at school and is old enough to realize he needs to eat. I do ensure he has

milk in his tummy before he leaves or I know he will not be able to

concentrate. Lori
