Hi everyone,

The ever touchy subject of weight - many of us have a problem with it,

but we are different when it comes to losing it. My weight has mostly

remained steady, except at times of great stress. Lately, I've started

getting some small amount of exercize, but started gaining weight

again. Am I the only one who gains weight when I exercize? Does

anyone have advice on losing weight with this monster in our daily

lives? I eat pretty good, but I'm not a good dieter. (Too busy to

count calories, or try to find prescribed foods all the time.)
