Hi Erna. Thanks. You're very welcome to put your son's story in the

personal stories folder. Here is the best way. First, write it, using MS

Word or even Notepad. WordPerfect or just about any word processor works

too. Just save it on your hard disk as you would any other word

processing file as you're working on it.. Once you're finished working

on it and are ready to upload it, open it up in whatever word processor

you used to write it, then choose the program's " Save as " menu option.

At the bottom of the Save as dialog box, there should be a little box

that allows you to choose a file format. Go there and choose html (or it

may be .htm), and also give the file a name. Once you've got that saved

on your hard disk, go to the group web page, choose Files, choose the

personal stories folder, and then choose upload file. A window will pop

up, and you should see a box with the word " browse " next to it. Clicking

on this allows you to go to your hard disk and whatever folder you saved

the html file in, and choose that file (make sure it's the one saved in

html format though -- it will end with .htm). Then just upload it. Once

you've done all that, test it by clicking on it. It should open up

immediately in your browser. Don't hesitate to ask any questions if you

need more help with it. If you really have problems, you can always

email the file to me as an attachment and I can upload for you.
