Guest guest
We used paint that had low or no VOC's (can't remember which). It's been on the wall a couple years now and looks great. No complaints. The only limitation was color - when we bought it we couldn't go really deep in color to keep with the low/no VOC's. But there were still a ton of colors to choose from. It certainly may not be that way now as a couple of years have passed.
Guest guest
We have used the Freshaire paint from Home Depot and it has worked great-no reaction and it adheres really well. . Guest guest
My mom has used this here and have not noticed any problems but I will add it was used on plaster walls and the new sheetrock that is made especially to resist mold/mildew etc. So far so good. I will say that I am quite impressed with this style sheetrock. I did not pay for it so I dont know what its cost was but if they built houses with it..... Ok im dreaming there.... Looking at paint, reviews said many of the low or no voc paints don't adhere well, that one woman wrote just her fingernail gently on paint rubbed it off and thought maybe it won't smell when I put it on, but I will be breathing the paint in over time if it flakes off. Has anyone heard this before. I need to paint some woodwork trim and will have to wait until spring if I use regular paint that has fumes.
