Thank you for providing these links. I learned something very

important about ALA -it must be taken along with B-Complex because

ALA depletes the B vitamins. I'm wondering if those who have done

ALA IVs if they also had B-Complex in their IVs. I just found out

that I don't tolerate the Bs I was using in my IVs. Anne

Yes, Dr Berkson prescribes prescription strength b vit orally with his IV

program, among other vitamins and supplements,they also give 1 B12 injection

when you get an IV.

Unfortunately I just found out that ALA interferes with thyroid

hormone levels, so I won't be able to do the IV and will stop my oral

ALA. Warning to any of you on thyroid meds to be careful with ALA.
