Carolyn,

It makes me feel exausted, very limp and weak. I didn't know why until I went

to a support group for PN and the neuro said to avoid B6 because it caused the

problems above. That was as 'aah ha'' moment for me.

Jeanne,

Humm... I stopped taking the sub-lingual B6 because it just made me feel awful,

tired  & like so many of the over the counter multi vit. like I was coming down

with a bug or something. So when I discontinued each one at a time to see who

was the culprit I felt back to " my " normal. All my Dr. said was to not take them

any more.

Now I am on some awesome liquid vit & a couple of other things that seem to set

well with me. And as long as I take the 3 things together as I should it seems

to help the weird feeling or lack of in my legs & feet.

Carolyn,

Wow, what vitamin mix are you taking? Sounds like it works. I've seen comments

about recommended dosages, etc. for B-6. To me, the bottom line is...if it

wipes you out, don't take it in any dosage. You can get enough B6 from food to

satisfy the minimum, why add more to your diet if it compromises your ability to

function. That's why you have to read the dosage of every item in a

multi-vitamin, that is where I was getting my too-high dose and didn't even

realize it. I have been taking B12 off and on and it seems to give me some

zip.
