Guest guest
I took this info from the Aspergillus UK website. It was posted by Carol of Tahoe. She has had aspergillus in her lungs for over 20 years. The woman is very smart and logical with her advice. As such, I am posting it for the members of . Sharon >> Hi : Some of us have tried an anti fungal diet written up by the late Dr. Marinkovitch. I believe it can still be found at: _http://www.mold-http://wwhttp://www.mold-http:/_ (http://www.mold-survivor.com/dietcopyright.html) As far as beefing up your immune system, there are probably various supplements you can take but the best thing is rest and lots more than you think you need, along with getting into the best health you can with what you already have. Your immune system can sometimes restore itself if it isn't fighting off the various germs and allergic things we throw at it daily. Stay away from anyone who is ill, keep washing your hands, and rest, rest, rest. Make sure your house is as clean as you can get it, dustfree. Get some hepa filter clean air machines, one for your main living area, and one for your bedroom. Get lots of fresh air and sunshine, and exercise by walking as much as you can to build up your breathing. Learn how to breathe correctly - there is information about this on asthma sites, I believe. Hope this helps. Take care. Carol at Tahoe
