Think I might have SBS

I just joined this web-site due to illness that may be SBS. I started working

in a large call center in Tucson 18 mo ago. Since then I have had 6 upper

respiratory infections. I had never had anything like this prior to working

there. I left work Monday 1 hr after starting (I work Sunday also) along with 6

others - as we were asked to leave since we had flu-like symptoms of

headaches,nausia,cough, etc.

I never developed much of a fever which would go along with the flu - my temp

was about 99.5 & I usually run around 97.2. I called my doc. & he said I

probably had the flu & there's nothing they could do.

The headaches have subsided as of today and the nausia is almost gone but now I

have terrible pains in my joints & seems my lymph nodes on the right side may be

swollen. I just want to sleep all the time. Do these sound like symptoms

associated with SBS.

As additional history, I found out that when this building was occupied by the

prior tenant they had lots of sickness and installed UV lights on the HVAC

system to reduce the circulating virus'. I found out from the co. that does the

property management that the UVs are supposed to be replaced every 9-12 mo. but

they haven't been replaced for over 2.5 yrs.

Any thoughts?
