Guest guest
Yes, actually my husband noticed it. Gene, He said I would sound like a huge snort, and it would wake him up over and over again. Found out I had sleep apnea. I would stop breathing about 24 times an hour on the average. Doing much better now. Takes a lot of getting used to, I had a hard time with it at first, but then I realized it wasn't about me, it was about my being healthy for my family. And getting enough quality sleep so that I could be more than a zombie.

Guest guest
Gene, I was diagnosed with Apnea a couple of years ago and use a Cpap. My neuro thinks it might be CMT related, but it seems like a lot of people have apnea. Here's some archived stuff on CMT & Breathing: http://www.lindacrabtree.com/cmtnews/breathing/breathingsubtitles.html
