Re:Low Voc/ No Voc paint

Parts of my home were painted with low and no Voc paint. I don't see

any of the problems you describe. There might have been something

wrong with the surface; for instance, if an oil-based paint is on the

wall and then a water-based paint is used over it the paint won't

bond well. The other thing is the wall surface must be clean, rubbed

with scotch-brite to rough up the surface (to make sure it's not

glossy). The first coat of the VOC should be very thin. That allows

it to adhere. Then all should go well. Anne
