Guest guest
I occasionally have problems with gout in my hands and wrist too. Not my feet so much, maybe because I just don't feel my feet. The doctor had me taking allopurinol, but it made me a zombie. Someone suggested cherries, and I tried it and it works. So, now I keep dried cherries in stock, and whenever I notice pangs of gout pain, I eat a few dried cherries. It does the trick for me.
