people in this group have CMT, and we are all different, some are able to swim

and go to yoga

 

others are happy to get out of bed without help.

I've done Pilates for about four years. It's great--- stretches muscles and

strengthens your " core " (abdominals and back muscles-- crucial for posture)

without a heavy workout. I'd recommend trying a Pilates mat class for anyone so

inclined. For those with balance problems, just keep your shoes on!
