Guest guest
Group, There have been recent e-mails stating that EPA came out to houses and declared them sick or moldy and recommended they be cleaned or even burned. EPA cannot and will not do this. EPA is prevented, by law, from any regulatory or enforcement actions concerning indoor environmental conditions. Their only such powers are for the outdoor environment. When EPA officials speak or present at conferences they specifically remind the audience of this limitation if these types of questions are asked.
