Guest guest
Interesting article. I will just comment that I have always thought that colds or flu's were in the winter because our airways becomes dry by the winter air, that leaves tiny cracks in sinuses and throat that allow germs that are there all year to get into the bloodsteam and make us sick. Otherwise it makes sense that vit D may be a vital missing nutrient in that we spend so much time indoors now. Outside is something we just briskly walk through here and there. I even keep the curtains closed alot because of neighbors too close and at work I'm not near a window. > > H1N1 Linked To Vitamin D Deficiency > http://thebulletin. us/articles/ 2009/11/15/ top_stories/ doc4b004bbeeeca0 983629489. txt > >
