Interesting article. I will just comment that I have always thought that colds

or flu's were in the winter because our airways becomes dry by the winter air,

that leaves tiny cracks in sinuses and throat that allow germs that are there

all year to get into the bloodsteam and make us sick. Otherwise it makes sense

that vit D may be a vital missing nutrient in that we spend so much time indoors

now. Outside is something we just briskly walk through here and there. I even

keep the curtains closed alot because of neighbors too close and at work I'm not

near a window.

It makes sence if you also look at the goups that are being affected.  Lots

of sunless tans, suntan lotion, low out door activities, etc................
