Guest guest
Today is the Independence Day parade in the little town where our church is, and I'll be riding on the float with my Yamaha 9000Pro keyboard, playing patriotic and inspirational (but very upbeat!) songs. And is riding on the float!!!! I'm so stoked, I never thought I'd see the day...but after she came over and worked on my music with me last weekend, I asked her if she'd like to ride on the float, and was so surprised when she said yes! And that's ALL she's talked about all week at King's, the staff and her roommate tell me. Is that awesome or what?? I go to pick her up in about a half hour, she'll come here first to get dolled up. I'm taking my camera and hope that someone from our church will be able to take pictures! Then if she isn't too tired we'll come back here for a nice picnic . Happy 4th of July, I hope that we all have a fantastic red, white, and blue day! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YSjsiKrBi1E His, Sherry www.owly.net daughter of , (mis?)diagnosed with AD in 2005, descent slowed by Aricept; diagnosed with LBD March 2008, in a wonderful NH 1/2 mile from my house.
