A new women’s group through the Creative

Arts Therapies Center

Group for

Women with Residual Issues about their Family of Origin

You’re older, you’re wiser, and you

don’t live under his/her/their roof anymore.

You don’t have to live by their rules, and you are living the life you

want! So why do they still get under

your skin. Why do they still make you

feel 17? 14? 11? 8? 2? This group will

help you integrate your enmeshed and/or disconnected family experience, and

come to terms with who is in your life and what kind of relationships you want

to have with them. Learn how and when to

set boundaries, when to acknowledge an inner child, and when to buck up and

move on. Discover a new relationship

with yourself through creative expression & develop connections that are

affirming. The use of art, writing, music & dialog within this confidential

group uniquely honors each participant.
