The grandmother of my boss has Fibromalgia and my boss called her to

ask her what has been helping her as she is doing really good. Her

reply was that she is take lecithin 400mg twice a day and magnesium 250

twice a day and has been for a number of years now and this has helped

her to live almost normal at her age and she is around 70. So I went to

the drug store and bought both. The healthy coffee has stopped working

because of stress and the changing weather and I have been miserable

for the past few weeks. Yesterday morning after eating I took both and

my pain was cut in half by 4pm when I got to work and was able to work

better. I will see how it goes. Does anyone know about the Lecithin

and Magnesium treating Fibromyalgia.
