Guest guest
I must tell you that much of the time Seroquel does very well at keeping Ray quiet and the hallucinations are no more. However, it took about 3 weeks on that med before it made much of a difference. We still have a tough night once or twice a week but we are surviving. Unless I lose it with him, which I am sorry to admit but I do, he does not get violent with me. I am really working on coping skills. When things are bad, I am ready to put him a nursing home. There are no openings in our area right now so that hasn't happened. When things are good, I am glad there is no room. It is only a matter of time though. There's a magical tie to the land of our home, which the heart cannot break, though the footsteps may roam. Eliza Cook
