What about calling a local TV station and see if they want to air the story. 

Then, perhaps someone would do something about the problem.  Such a thing has

been done in my city.

Hi All,

We have a neighbor who has been victimizing and terroring us for days.  She

has for 5 days now been putting down clorox with intent to cause injury as I

have it on tape.  We have called the police now for 5 days they have been

out.  Even though she has been drunk on 2 occasssions and has even threatened

children they are allowing her to walk away time and time again.  We are

disabled and one of us is elderly as we have not been protected.  Here is the

info to the police Dept if anyone would like to call or write on our behalf.
