I've posted before about Myostatin ( it is * not *) a cholesterol medication,

but is a regulator of skeletal muscle mass. Some research into myostatin and

the myostatin gene may lead to therapies for muscular dystrophy. The idea is to

introduce substances that block myostatin.

A search of CMT and Myostatin found no published research. However a search for

Myostatin found 743 entries, but it seems the research is still in the

pre-clincal stages.
