Guest guest
My husband is employed by a company based in IN. We do not live in that state. Our insurance (BCBS/ Anthem) states the Department Of Insurance of IN requires a Treatment Plan for our PDD daughter. This plan requires types of thx, frequency of thx, how often will the plan be up for review, goals, etc. Has anyone had this come up? We have only been diagnosed about 1 year ago and had a seizure disorder/ developmental delay as dx...no plans required. Who is best to get this type of plan? DAN!, neurologist, regular Ped. We have an ABA thx who may do this for us, but, I am not sure if he would commit to other types of thx as a set plan. The diagnosis was made via a chidlren's center PhD of a Chidlren's Hospital. I guess they caught wind when we began submitting DAN claims for vitamin deficiency, GI issues.
