So with that the new laws will change the guidelines for abuse of our children and adults in any situation in any program. Secondly Withholding FOOD IS BANNED IN NY STATE Back ground checks will improve for those wanting to work with the disabled Yet to happen Bill that will change a misdeamor to a felony for abuse toward any individual with a developmental disablity.
