Does having CMT make a difference in how difficult it is to get married?

If so, is this more a problem for women or for men?

In other words, does a case of CMT form more of a problem for men or women when

it comes to relations with the opposite sex?

Curious to hear your experiences. It is my experience that CMT, particularly

early onset, more severe cases, makes life more difficult in this area,

particularly when there are so many others to choose from without this problem.
