Can someone tell me if this is a waste or good to do? I can't eat very much as I

am intolerant. Which lab should i use? What is the most accurate. Some ND I went

to said Signet, but I have never heard of them

You can do all the tests you want but if you have been colonized with mold it is

very common to become intolerant to certain foods.   The main thing is to deal

with what is making you intolerant.    follow the mold diet thats on

Moldsurvivor.org.  Find a Doc who treats colonization with anti-fungals and

CSM.   Once you remove the fungi and toxins the intolerance lessens.  It takes a

long time.  I've been doing  this over 2 yrs, I am not cured but it helps a lot.

I just bought some activated charcoal. How many times a day should I take

it?

have to take at least twice a day.  12 hours apart is ideal but with all the

other meds I take i do it 10hrs apart, it really does help the inflamation.

same as below, just make sure you take it 2 hrs before and after any other

meds.  You don't want to pull out the good stuff only bad.

Thank you ,  what does the C S M stand for ??  I realize there is no quick fix

for any of this.  Just getting to a safe place is a nightmare. 

 

My mother is now trapped with mold as well in my sisters house.  I tried to tell

het long ago when we were speaking, she knew better because she was a

nurse......???  Anyway my mom feels it is. It is horrible my mom is 76 and had

hip surgery just a year ago, then the exposure started.  My sis demolished

kitchen which has made my mom really sick. I wish I could do something for her

like get her out.  My family won't listen, they did not listen to me when I was

going threw this. .............................
