Guest guest
The way you are sleeping now is how I slept for many years (and I know many people who have done the same). By the way it is what Dr. Rea recommends so that everything can be washed. It can be very expensive to try to find organic/non toxic bedding. I spent a lot of money on futons and beds that were either moldy (organic cotton can be moldy). I now have an organic wool/cotton mattress which works well for me now. While I was still using the blankets I did find an organic wool pad which I could tolerate. Helped a lot comfort-wise. Good luck.
