Hello,

In addition, if you are able to use your toes to walk or stand, when you are

walking or standing, you can use your five toes to grab the floor. This also

help improve the muscle strength, the muscles under the sole and behind the

legs. You can do this kind of exercise when you are sitting on the sofa/chair

etc.,

This exercise really works for me. I don't feel fatigue. The more I

practice, I more strength I feel. I don't feel weaker after this exercise. The

therapist got a PhD in physical therapy. Thus, I trust her professional

suggestion. She is a nice/kind person, too.

My toes do not move at all anymore either. Never could spread my toes but now

they do not go up and down either - no response to my mental command to move.

Even ankles are much harder to move now that I am older.

Hello,

Still try to use your toes to grab the floors. Your toes don't have to be able

to move. I think this is about train the small muscles under the sole. When I

first tried this exercise, my toes don't move, but gradually, my toes can move.

Please take care.
