Sorry you can not just take it as a preventative. It's made to be used at the

first sign/symptoms of the flu.

IF you want to play around with homeopathics get a ND who can tell you what yur

constitutional remedy iand use that a a preventative.

I am sure some people on the group know about this but I thought it was

worthwhile posting. A local MD Naturopath gave me the name of a great medicine

for those who think they might have the flu or are concerned about

the prevention of getting it. It is called Oscillococcinum and you can

A MD Naturopath actually is the person who told me to take it as a

preventative, I am not 'playing around' with homeopathics, I take a

multitude of supplements prescribed by both Dr Lieberman and a Nutritionist

who has been practicing for many years.

All the ND's are recommending NOt to take it until first sign of the

flu.

Is that Dr Lieberman out fo the Carolina's.
