Transpendumal migration?

Is there such a thing as transpendumal migration? This patient only has

enlarged ventricles consistent with brain atrophy, which is consistent with

her age, but no s/l transpendimal or transpendumal migration? I haven't

been able to research it much because the doc doesn't say it very clearly.
