Guest guest
Matt, Hereditary motor and sensory neuropathy (HMSN) is also known as Charcot Marie Tooth disease (CMT). It was formerly known as Peroneal Muscular Atrophy. CMT is progressive, slowly, sometimes faster depending on each individual's unique genetic code. Stress, poor nutrition, some medications and negative emotions can make progression worse. Many of us choose healthy lifestyles and work very hard on this personal committment. Some people use Vitamins, supplements, and other therapies like acupuncture, massage, exercise in moderation, paying attention to diet and getting enough rest.
