Guest guest
My husband, 79, is finally well enough to leave the house for physical therapy. Before his illness he was walking with a cane and shoe inserts. Now it's all he can do to waalk a little around the house with a walker and a caregiver holding on to a therapy belt. He has never had physical therapy for his late onset CMT. Besides trying to get him back to his pre-injury condition, is there anything else he can get out of it? What physical therapy has helped the rest of you? I would like him to take full advantage of this therapy. [He still had a feeding tube btw.] Elinor PS They gave him flagyl while he was in the hospital. Could this have caused his dyspagia?
