Group Rules

Please refrain from discussion of religion and politics and use good manners in

posts. We do not post " personal opinions " , instead we post " personal

experience " . Posts that are inflammatory in nature and not permitted and will be

immediately discarded.

We are here to experience how CMT affects us, how we live with CMT, and to help

others with their questions. Please do not attempt to sell us any products that

may help CMT. Either you have " personal experience " or you don't. Tell us what

allows you to best manage your CMT.

Please remember to keep your posts as positive as possible and do not discuss

other potentially offensive subjects, such as 'personal opinions' or

controversial issues.

Medical research news is posted is for your information. If you have

participated in the posted research topic experienced, by all means, share your

experience with us. If not, please refrain from commentary.

Please make use of a decade of Archived posts on a multitude of subjects related

to living forward with CMT. Our Files and Links sections are a valuable plethora

of information as well.

Our Moderators read and review each post before it is sent to the group. If a

post is inflammatory, rude, a personal attack, advertising, against our rules,

or is not a CMT related topic, the post is deleted. Please do not send chain

letters, jokes, 'forwards' or other junk. If you do, these will be deleted, thus

preserving the richness of material on CMT. Moderators reserve the right to

edit posts for spelling, grammar and content at any time.

Asking questions is a legitimate way of acquiring information that may help you

manage your CMT. We will do all we can to answer your questions and provide

additional information where possible.
