How life can effect fibromyalgia well as stress either physical or mental. A smile and a laugh can turn you're day right side up and a laugh is so much more positive than the negetive side of you're pain. But what ever makes you happy. For the first time sence I have had this desease and have had it diagnoised to which my doctor suggested that I go online to read and understand about it, I have just last night been able to discribe FIBROMALGIA PAIN besides pain all over and just hurting everywhere or somewhere. I have been sick for the past 4 or 5 days coughing, sneezing, runny nose, spitting up and all the other symptoms that come with a cold or mainly the flu. I told my husband last night that the pain that have with fibromyalgia is like having the worst body aching pain like how you feel when you're body aches from the flu and with a fever. But you feel like this most of the day and night 24/7 with minimal releif when it comes when you are not with some pain. It just flat hurts to do anything at all and no matter what you do to make it better just one thing like eating or drinking something to raise acid levels quickley or change in the weather, can turn up you're fibro pain in a heartbeat. Can anyone relate to the flu like fever like pain symptoms of all over fibro pain every muscle and tendion in you're body hurst. Do I hear an Amen on what this pain is like having the flu and fever pain most all of the time. Love you guys Sue
Guest guest
AMEN, AMEN.... And, Sue, I am with you about sending one little ditty to make you laugh in your time of pain. But, my goodness, being inundated with so much silly trivia also is a pain...no pun intended. Our agony is extreme enough not to add to the extreme amount of jokes that fills the mailbox. I do hope you will begin to feel better. I know the pain can bring on so many added problems with both the pysche and the family. I don't know where you are located but just a note. I am a tea drinker. I do limit myself though as not to add to any more adverse affects to this old body. But HEB (food store)has a new line of teas. I discovered one called Cinnamon Spice while looking for my Constant Comment. It is nice and tasty for these holdays to enjoy especially on bad days. Although I may not be experiencing pain as before I sometimes get up extremely tired, today was one of those days. I wish everyone in our group a wonderful Christmas Season and pray the illness will take a backseat in your Celebration events. God bless, M. Guest guest
I don't manage this email list, but I do manage several others and we have a policy of allowing each member to send no more than 2 " off topic " emails to the list per month. These include inspirational messages, stories, jokes, etc. This allows such emails but keeps the number to a minimum, and most people do not send them. I personally delete all of these types of emails because I work on the computer and have limited time for emails. Have a wonderful day! Guest guest
- you hit the nail on the head. We've known since 2000 that FMS is a congestive problem. Not just sinus, but the entire body. All the clear fluid. It's too thick to move correctly. We also know how to reverse the problem. I help anyone who wants to do this. www.FibroFix.com is all free. Tells how to test so you know which version of FMS you are dealing with, and how to treat it so you don't have to experience the symptoms. You can use over the counter meds + tricks and tips. The truth is setting us free.
