Guest guest
My health was severely compromised due to the events of 9/11. That's how I developed mcs and became disabled. I did not work at the site. I lived one mile due North. Does anyone know of a group or a lawyer fighting for compensation for individual citizens like myself. I hear all the time of more and more people who belatedly figure out that they've been injured by the dust in the air, etc.. but I don't know if anyone has successfully sued to city or the EPA (which claimed that the air was fine). Guest guest
Dear Anne, I am very sorry to hear that you are among those affected by the horrible events of the fall of the twin towers. I lived in the city most of my life and am very familiar with the air quality there over many years; even in the days long gone when the sky in the summers overhead would be variations of brown and yellow. But in all those years, I'd never had the experiences with the air quality during visits to NYC, that I have had even a few years after 9/11 occurred. The government's ignoring of this is an added tragedy and the fact that we were all told that the air quality in the city was ok is criminal indeed. I hope you and all the others who have been harmed by this disaster can get the care that you so need and deserve. God Bless, Sam From: Anne Reach <dravr@...> Subject: [] Re:N.Y. While I do not know the answer to your question their is a New York site, i searched for my brother for 3 days after. He was called to the towers. Guest guest
Maybe you should ask Alison . She did a video about 9/11 and chemical sensitivity. http://alisonjohnsonmcs.com/7.html > > My health was severely compromised due to the events of 9/11. Guest guest
your age, your past work history, family background is important, but the most important thing is who caused the stuff in the air..it wasn't iranians butvsaudis..u can sue them as long as u have a valid medical hystory that does NOT include anything you suffered afterb911 > From: Anne Reach <dravr@...> > Subject: [] Re:N.Y.
