Hi group,

There are 8 types of vitamin E. A vitamin E complex like either one of these or

a variety of foods like organic fruits and veggies, good oils, nuts, good eggs

and even bee pollen are good. You can also get ALA from flaxseed and good eggs.

LOL! That is funny Ruth. I can't remember what brand they were. But they were

100% natural and no hormones or antibiotics and the label said it had 400 grams

of omega-3 and ALA and it said 25% vitamin E. It had small amounts of some B's.
