Taking down 30 year old ceiling tiles in my office (drop-down ceiling) and

replacing with new tiles

2 questions:

-There is a ton of dust in the ceiling, I'm assuming mold spores too, any

suggestions on how to minimize the dust from getting all over the office when

the contractors come in to pull tiles?

-Anyone know of a safer/less toxic ceiling tile? Have looked into Eurostone,

Armstrong makes something called ceramaguard w/ no added formaldehyde or

biocide... not sure what these companies are using to hold the dry materials

together in the tile, all have MSDS of 1
