For those of you who know about our story and lawsuit with Drees Homes, I

wanted to share some wonderful news, today the Supreme Court of Va

*denied*Drees appeal of the reduced verdict we had been awarded in Feb

09. In this

verdict the Judge acknowledged that toxic mold injured our family, the mold

a result of poor construction practices and negligience. I am very hopeful

that our case might help others be able to receive justice when their health

is severely damaged by mold exposure. If you would like to read our story
