God Bless and I hope you sleep well tonight!! a From: Meng <moldsick@...> Subject: [] Denial of appeal Meng V Drees Date: Monday, October 26, 2009, 9:01 AM For those of you who know about our story and lawsuit with Drees Homes, I wanted to share some wonderful news, today the Supreme Court of Va *denied*Drees appeal of the reduced verdict we had been awarded in Feb 09. In this verdict the Judge acknowledged that toxic mold injured our family, the mold a result of poor construction practices and negligience. I am very hopeful that our case might help others be able to receive justice when their health is severely damaged by mold exposure. If you would like to read our story www.donttrustdrees. com.
