Guest guest
Hi Lori, Yes, shoes with a wider toe box are good for CMT feet. They don't necessarily need to be shoes for diabetics. Three of my favorite pairs of shoes are New Balance, they have wide toe boxes, good motion control and lateral support and also come in extra wide widths. Model #854 are the ones I like the most (cross trainers). Nike, also has one with a wider toe box that was produced mainly for American Indians. Guest guest
Lori, I have good luck with PW Minor shoes or Alden, the orthopedic ones. Both are made to accommodate AFOs or orthotics. They have wider toe boxes and would work for people who need that too.
