Oh, yeah, you're not alone. I love the " Mickey Mouse hands " I wake up with

sometimes, or worse, waking up with a stranger's arm across your chest, you

throw it off in a panic and fall out of bed because it's your own arm!!

I have trained myself to sleep in positions that are neutral for my arms and

legs as much as possible. For my legs, I use a between the knee memory foam

pillow. That keeps the hips and knees lined up instead of a sharp angle from hip

to knee while lying on the side. My arm on the " down " side, laying on my side is

bent with my hand and wrist flattened under my pillow, the " up " side I rest the

arm along my side with my hand on my hip. If I end up letting that arm fall in

front of me I wake up with the Mickey Mouse glove on. I have tried laying on my

back as that is best for keeping the shoulders neutral but it bothers my lower

back too much. Another technique is to throw an arm and a leg over a body

pillow. Both the body pillow and the knee pillow make rolling over an ordeal so

a lot of the time I just skip it and take the consequences. Because you cause

just as much problems if you lay in one position all night!
