Mold, nothwithstanding,along with other claims, what JUMPS off the page is the

oil spill from the tank rupture. Not a word about EPA involvement and supervised

cleanup of the site.

At least there are plans to relocate people. Unfortunately, that is not "

across the board " wisdom.
