Guest guest
This 'Pandemic Level 6' that was declared by W.H.O. does not circumvent any states' law nor any federal law. WHO does not have the power to over ride US law. Level 6 is not a indicator of the number of people being infected, just the rate at which the virus travels. For state mandates to be over ridden, there must be a 'state of health emergency' declared by the feds or individual states. Yes, the feds have the power (thanks to Bush) but it has not been activated. We need to work with legislators to change some of these laws that were put in place in haste after 9/11. [would be nice if an epidemic was declared for autism - 1-168 children are now being diag! Many suspect that number is much higher] So far # of deaths from H1N1 - 436 - http://www.cdc.gov/H1n1flu/update.htm # of deaths from all vaccines 3/01 thru 3/05 - 7,758 http://www.vaccineawareness.org/VAERS/2001-2005/ VAERS is a passive system in which the FDA requires reporting of vaccines' adverse reactions/deaths. There is no penalty for doctors, nurses or pharmacists who fail to report vaccine's adverse reactions. Only 1% of serious drug reactions are reported to the FDA – Journal of American Medical Association, 6/2/93. As far as doctors or vaccine manufactures being held responsible for vaccine injury, Regan's 1986 Vaccine Compensation Act took care of that. Once a vaccine is developed, approved & added to the recommended vaccine list by the ACIP (CDC's Advisory Committee on Immunization Programs)it is added to the Compensation List. If an individual has an adverse reaction, they then can make a claim for that injury. One has 3 yrs to file from when they realize or are diag that the injury comes from a vaccine. There is an accepted 'list' of injuries. The Compensation program is long - at least 4 yrs, many have waited as long as 8-10 yrs. All providers (nurses/doctors/etc) are protected by this program. Only after you have gone thru the program & are not satisfied can you then file in civil court. The program is funded by a $.75 tax on every vaccine - there is currently over $1 billion in the fund, with over $1.2 billion already being paid out since 1986. A doctor may refuse to treat patients who refuse vaccinations. Would you want a doctor that thought that little of your opinions treating you or your family? Find another doctor - they work for you. You can fire them and look for one that supports your beliefs. Call around & ask if the dr supports non-vaccinating parents. You'd be surprised how many docs don't vaccinated their own children. People forget that for many docs (not all) being a dr is a business!! So what if they refuse to treat you - there are others!! Know the difference between which vaccines are recommended & which are mandated vaccines. Recommended - you can just say no, mandated requires exemption requirements to be met. Which vaccines are mandated differ by each state. Go to: http://www.nvic.org/Vaccine-Laws/state-vaccine-requirements.aspx for your state's vaccine exemption laws. When discussing vaccines with your dr, you can always ask for the package insert that comes with each vaccine. It will list all the ingredients in the vaccine & possible side effects. You can also find a list at the CDC's site: http://www.cdc.gov/vaccines/pubs/pinkbook/downloads/appendices/B/excipient-table\ -1.pdf AND http://www.cdc.gov/vaccines/pubs/pinkbook/downloads/appendices/B/excipient-table\ -2.pdf Ask your dr for the names of the 'long term clinical safety trials' for the vaccine in question. Ask him for the names of the clinical safety trials of individual ingredients found in vaccines. Ask him for the clinical safety trials for the synergistic reactions of various ingredients like thimerasol & aluminum. He will be hard pressed to provide you with any of the above information. These studies haven't been done by CDC or NIH. I've been to a meeting of our state's vaccine advisory board and personally find it hard to believe they'll get their act together enough by Oct to demand vaccination of everyone. For one thing, they don't have enough of the vaccine. They can get a 2 man parade together but a 3 man parade would be stretching it for them.
