Guest guest
Hello , I studied at USC and went to Santa areas frequently. It is not so cold in winter. I wear long t-shirt, no coat, when I went to Santa . Caroline
Guest guest
Sometimes those restaurant heaters are too hot and I try to sit at least one table away from them. Living in San Diego, it's always easy to tell the natives from the tourists in winter. The natives are wearing their winter clothes (fall clothes to those of you in northern climates) and the tourists are in t-shirts and shorts. If you're coming from a cold winter climate, Santa , even at its coldest, will seem warm and tropical to you. I think you'll be pleasantly surprised. Guest guest
You need to dress/wear what you have to so you are comfortable. My 3 daughter's (19, 21 & 23) have learned to realize I have to do what I need to do for me--not fashion or etc. I would love to always be fashionable--but reality is life brings changes whether we like them or not. Your daughter needs to realize you're not saying any of this to hurt her! My daughter's have realized/learned it's more important to have Mom be there to than to have things " perfect " . Right now she is only thinking of herself! She should live in Iowa where winter cold is reality! Good luck--children have their moments!
